Liz Lucas joined The Kinetix Group in 2011 with nearly 20 years of account management experience, specializing in reimbursement marketing for clients in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. Her background spans several therapeutic areas, including diabetes, eye care, obesity intervention, urologics, medical dermatology, pain management, and diabetes.
Prior to joining The Kinetix Group, Liz was an account manager for Element Marketing Group, a managed care marketing agency, where her clients included Allergan and Endo Pharmaceuticals. In that role, Liz worked closely with clients on the day-to-day execution of their projects, as well as the development of long-term strategic and tactical plans and new product launches.
Liz also has several years of direct marketing experience. At Ryan Direct, she worked with major consumer brands like Unilever/Dove, Lipton, Webster Bank, and Fortis Insurance to develop and implement customized marketing programs, including customer acquisition and loyalty programs, competitive analyses, long-range strategic plans, and budget development.
